PA HIRE EXPLAINED

Alstublieft Audio specialise in two different levels of PA Hire; DRY HIRE and FULLY MANAGED/ OPERATED PACKAGES. To help you find what type of service you require, please read the explanation below.

What is Dry Hire?

The customer simply orders the equipment needed then collects and returns the equipment from the warehouse. The customer pays a daily rate according to the specific time and and quantity of equipment required.

PROCEDURE - SEVEN EASY STEPS:
1. Browse the Dry Hire Product Price List to view items available
2. Telephone or visit us to confirm the booking for the equipment and schedule
3. On the day of hire the customer must come to the warehouse with two forms of identification and
3. pay the total amount for the equipment over the hire period
4. A member of staff will familiarise the customer with the equipment ordered
5. A hire contract will be drawn up between Alstublieft Audio and the customer, who must read the
5.terms & conditions before signing the contract
6. Top copy of the hire agreement is given with the equipment order
7. All equipment must be returned before midday on the agreed date

Please note, dry hire items can also be delivered and collected from event venue subject to prior agreement.

What are Fully Managed and Operated packages?

Fully managed packages come in a variety of options. However, normally we will provide a FREE site survey to establish a full specification of equipment required. Alstublieft Audio will transport the equipment ordered to a specified event site – install and maintain the equipment whilst the event is running – down-pack all equipment after the event and return it to our warehouse. The customer will pay a daily equipment rental fee, labour and transportation charge as previously agreed between both parties within the contract.

Clients are more than welcome to provide their own engineers to operate the equipment once installed rather than use our engineers – if this takes place Alstublieft Audio will provide a systems engineer for the event as a point of contact for any questions regarding operating any of the equipment provided within the contract.

PROCEDURE - SEVEN EASY STEPS:
1. The client makes contact with the sales team, to discuss event proposal
2. Free site survey to ensure the correct package is obtained by the customer
3. Formal written quotation and contract between both parties is drawn up within 24 hours of site survey
4. The client accepts the quote by returning the contract signed together with deposit payment
5. Event load-in and running time schedule will be drawn up
6. On the day and during the event Alstublieft Audio supply all the services specified within the contract
7. After the event Alstublieft Audio down-pack equipment and depart
